Without prejudice to Pather’s other rights under these Terms and Conditions, if you breach these Terms and Conditions n any way, Pather may take such action as Pather deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including but not limited to suspending your access to the Site, prohibiting you from accessing the Site, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the Site, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block you access to the Site and/or bringing legal proceedings against you.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of the Province on Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes relating to the use of the Terms and Conditions. You agree that jurisdiction and venue in such courts is appropriate and You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

The Terms and Conditions together with the Pather Privacy Policy constitute the compete and entire agreement between You and Pather pertaining to the use of the Site and supersede any prior agreement whether written or oral.
